Reservations Cancellation Policy

Confirmed Bookings made for Guest Rooms offered in the section titled “Special Discount without Complimentaries – Non Refundable”, are not eligible for a refund of any kind.

Should you or any member of your party need to cancel or modify your stay with us once it has been confirmed, the person who made the reservation must immediately advise the Resort by telephone or email. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is acknowledged and confirmed by the management of The River Resort.

Reduction of rooms or room nights against requested confirmed bookings, and early check-out, are considered and treated as cancellations.

Cancellation Charges

  • 7 days or more prior to the arrival of the guests: No charge
  • Within 7 Days prior to the arrival of the guests: 1st night charge or 50% of the entire stay charges, whichever is greater;
  • Within 3 Days prior to the arrival of the guests (72 Hours): 100 % of the entire stay charges;
  • No Show: 100 % of the entire stay charges.
